Bill of lading (B/L) Is a document issued by a carrier(shipping line), or its agent, to the shipper as a contract of carriage of goods. It is also a receipt for cargo accepted for transportation, and must be presented for taking delivery order at the destination.
A delivery order (abbreviated D/O) is a document from a carrier(shipping line), which orders the release of the transportation of cargo to another party (consignee).
For most shipments, you can track the progress of your delivery from KNSL Web site. Use your KNSL login and select “Tracking”. From the dialog box appears key in the B/L or the container number then press search .
